WELCOME TO THE DEVIL’S KITCHEN...
Linger a while and mix a delicious cocktail using Devil’s Tongue – with recipes torn from the pages of Thorny’s own little book of cocktails. Who knew there were so many ways to enjoy hot cinnamon whisky liqueur?
Flaming Ginger
INGREDIENTS
- 2 tsp sugar syrup or 1 tsp granulated sugar
- 1-2 dashes bitters
- Splash of water
- 60ml Scotch whisky or bourbon
- Soda water (optional)
- Orange slice
- Maraschino cherry (optional)
METHOD
Chill your ingredients, add ice to a highball glass, then pour in the hot cinnamon whisky liqueur and ginger beer. Add lemon to garnish and savour this refreshingly zingy cocktail.

INGREDIENTS
- 2 tsp sugar syrup or 1 tsp granulated sugar
- 1-2 dashes bitters
- Splash of water
- 60ml Scotch whisky or bourbon
- Soda water (optional)
METHOD
